If the inquiry is a request for change of booking due to the COVID-19 situation, please provide us with information needed in the form below, including your booking reference number, name and email address and a copy of the booking reference, in PDF format or as a screenshot in PNG or JPG format.

For non-refundable reservation which are for a stay at one of the Keahotels in March and April we will offer a voucher for the amount of your booking which is valid for two years at any Keahotel. Reservations for later arrivals will be taken into concideration at later stage. We still encourage everyone to send us their request with the appropiate booking details.

Please note, if you cancel your initial booking this voucher becomes invalid.
